He has worked with organizations in applying peak performance technology as the primary lever for achieving extraordinary results. Engagement have focused on the following areas:

Dr. Steven Hayward is an Assistant Professor in the English Department of Colorado College. An internationally acclaimed novelist, he holds a doctorate in English studies and has published scholarly essays on Shakespearean drama, the teaching of writing, film and Canadian literature. A frequent contributor to Cleveland's Plain Dealer and Canada's Globe and Mail, he's also the co-host of the radio show Wordplay.
He teaches introductory, advanced, and multi-genre workshops where he works to show students a "craft-centered approach" and demonstrates that creative writing classes require a different kind of attention than ordinary English courses.
