A private detective and police officer, will tell you how to observe and understand behavior. He will reveal hidden insights into reading the real meaning behind people's behavior, verbal and non-verbal. |

A PMP will bring it all home to help you understand how to respond to people. He will navigate you through techniques to remove potential roadblocks, improve communication, and complete the buy-in cycle.
